Joan McDonald, who at 70 years old, 5’3” tall and weighing 198 pounds made an incredible body and life transformation over a period of three years. It was at the time Joan found herself in the doctor’s office in bad health, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and acid reflux. She needed to make a change – higher dosages of medication – right? Wrong! – A real change, a life change. Luckily with her daughter, Michelle, a professional weight lifter and owner of Tulum Strength Club by her side, Joan embarked on her epic journey.
