The Monster Dash 5k

Join us on October 28, 2023 for the Monster Dash 5K as we enter our third year.  This event has proven to be a super fun, family-friendly community event.  The 5k is held in the most beautiful Glacier Ridge Metro Park.  The park has large, wide paths and is a mixture of trees and open space to make your event a pleasing experience.  While you are there, the kids can enjoy the outdoor equipment and adventure park.

Medals and Shirts

Each year we try to create brightly colored, “scary” designs for our event t-shirts and medals.  We redesign the logo so you get a different one each year.  We hope you will come back year after year and collect them all.
